Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth. Our incessant need to self agonize – peace in your world

In this piece I was trying to convey not only the struggle of disappointment, but also the struggle it can be to pull myself out of negative self talk. Especially while facing uncertainty. A new world can be scary and conflicting and confusing.
