About Her
Saschia “Gold Spinner” Johnson is a creative writer, mentor, and founder who specializes in helping writers uncover and celebrate the gold in their stories and themselves.
She is the founder and President of Inspiring Youth and Mentors, an organization dedicated to mentoring youth in innovative and creative ways. Saschia has spent over a decade mentoring others in both educational and nonprofit settings. She received the Community Connections Award for her work with students with special needs and continues to center her work around voices that often go unheard.
She earned an associate degree in psychology at Three Rivers Community College, was accepted into the prestigious Yale Writers’ Workshop, and is now completing her first novel: a genre-blending story about transformation, purpose, and the mystical edge of storytelling.
