Affirmations are a great tool that can help create a positive mindset and build self-confidence, but they’re most effective when paired with action. While you use affirmations make sure you practice mindfulness. Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings throughout the day. Take time to use affirmations to counter negative self-talk and cultivate a more positive internal dialogue.
