Anxiety

Anxiety does not feel good. It keeps me up all night and drains my energy throughout the day. It messes up my digestion and the list goes on. These days, I have found techniques to curb my anxiety. I implement those simple techniques into my daily grind. One big thing I had to do first was learn to say no, a lot more. (I do have to make sure I’m saying yes too!)

After taking time to heal, I learned that there’s a lot of factors that go into maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul. Every intention is worthy in a million ways. Just to name a few ways: you’re body will function better, you’ll be able to live a rich life, and people who look up to you will have an example of healthy ways they can invest in themselves.

Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth. When asked what she wants to teach the world she replied, "Don't stop searching. Too many times, in my old life, I put my search aside for more 'important matters.' I didn't realize the thing I was searching for held what was most important; my soul purpose." Jayne works daily on improving her craft and at times can get down on herself, but her favorite morning mantra is "It's a new day." and that's what she strives to start with.
