Todays Affirmation: The more I love myself, the better I express myself.
Today is my favorite by far!! Consistent Self Love is a challenge for me that I’m getting better at, but I also have never made this connection. What an amazing journey this 50 days has taken me. I think I might print this one out and hang it on the wall.
If you knew that loving yourself would lead to greater self-expression, would you make an effort to love yourself more?
Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth.
