Since we are on the topic of Disney movies, how about that part where Genie tells Aladdin, “BEE yourself!” Authenticity and vulnerability go hand in hand. It requires consistency, courage, and intention to be Authentic and vulnerable.
But as we learned from the Disney movie, Aladdin, it’s the better to be yourself from the beginning than to let your false image grow into something monstrous and out of control.
