“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.” -Ernest Holmes
Today I spent the morning with my little boo. We made books together. I love that when she’s doing something she likes, she can do it for hours. She made a book titled Love book. She felt like my book had too many pages, and you know what, I can agree with her. I laugh because I thought at first it wasn’t enough, but I should have listened to her. After we made our books and cleaned up, we experimented with making pepperoni and cheese wraps. The cheese pull was entertaining.
How’s your Saturday?

Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth. When asked what she wants to teach the world she replied, "Don't stop searching. Too many times, in my old life, I put my search aside for more 'important matters.' I didn't realize the thing I was searching for held what was most important; my soul purpose." Jayne works daily on improving her craft and at times can get down on herself, but her favorite morning mantra is "It's a new day." and that's what she strives to start with.

I was just talking to my aunt about how being a parent can be tough work. All of the things you go through as a parent can be projected onto your child. So I love the quote you opened the blog up with. I also love that you sat with your child and made books! What a lovely craft to do! Hopefully you can share a page of the covers you both decided to create together. Your child will grow up and really cherish the memory ❤

I agree parenting is hard work and we can be mirrors for each other for sure. I’d love to share my girls work. Maybe sometime in the future.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and kind words.
