Ergonomics Yay!

I’m so excited! I bought myself a few things to increase my ergonomics! If I’m writing for more than three hours a day, then I gotta make sure I’m investing in my health! My back and neck feel better already! I got a 4-port USB hub, wired keyboard, and mouse from 5 and Below. The last thing I had to grab was an HDMI adapter from Walmart for the DELL monitor my husband brought home for me. Let me tell you, I’m sitting up straight and my neck feels better already! 30 bucks closer to a better posture.

Have you had to make any changes to your writing setup lately?

Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth. When asked what she wants to teach the world she replied, "Don't stop searching. Too many times, in my old life, I put my search aside for more 'important matters.' I didn't realize the thing I was searching for held what was most important; my soul purpose." Jayne works daily on improving her craft and at times can get down on herself, but her favorite morning mantra is "It's a new day." and that's what she strives to start with.

    1. Standing desk!! That’s awesome! I’ve wanted one of those for a long time. And you know what, I can totally relate to the whole on your phone on your stomach thing. I’m constantly trying to unfold myself throughout the day. I like to hang over the side of my bed sometimes too hahaha
