The moon is full and so is my heart.
Wow, I was absolutely not expecting this femininity journey to take root the way it did. And this full moon is bringing up so many beautiful thoughts and emotions for me to sift through and learn from.
I’m not quite ready to share all my thoughts and feelings, but I can share that not embracing my femininity felt like a sacrifice I had to make for my family, for the bills, for the long term, but none of that is true. In the past few weeks, I had a dance party complete with colorful lights with my girls, I have been painting my own nails (nothing crazy, just 1 shade of quick dry), been exercising, working on my skin care, and appreciating books and podcasts by women. I’m feeling so empowered. I’m digging into this journey, and I’m excited to see what femininity has in store for me next.
