Sunday Solitude

Today was a slow day for me. On Sundays I really try my best to listen to my body. I walked, I rested, and a took time to feel my day out.

Still got things done without belittling myself or emotionally pushing myself around. I still nourished my body with delicious food and movement.

I recharged at my own pace.

This isn’t a race. I’m moving at a pace that allows me to deeply enjoy my journey. I’m spending time with my family and investing in my home. I should feel good about that, and that’s what I was gifted to reflect on today.

What do you do on your days of Solitude?

Jayne is a writer. On her free time she likes to be with her family hiking outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth. When asked what she wants to teach the world she replied, "Don't stop searching. Too many times, in my old life, I put my search aside for more 'important matters.' I didn't realize the thing I was searching for held what was most important; my soul purpose." Jayne works daily on improving her craft and at times can get down on herself, but her favorite morning mantra is "It's a new day." and that's what she strives to start with.
