Give Life a Million Chances

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” – Maya Angelou

It’s ok to not be perfect. We are all out here trying our best in this life. Instead of holding out until things feel perfect, learn to give yourself grace when things go wrong. No one likes it when things go wrong, especially when there’s a lot at stake. I think everyone wants smooth days where nothing goes wrong. Those days are possible and happen all the time. At the same time things are going right, things are going wrong somewhere. There are times things go wrong, and you wouldn’t even know it because of how well some people handle little mishaps. They let it roll off their shoulders. Or maybe they just put on a good face in front of you but lose sleep over it for weeks. I’m not saying you have to be that way, I’m saying that your perception of perfect might be tainted.

Give this life a million chances! The best part is learning to find beauty in all the little imperfections lurking around.

When asked what she wants to teach the world she replied, "Don't stop searching. Too many times, in my old life, I put my search aside for more 'important matters.' I didn't realize it was the search that held what was most important; curiosity." Saschia works daily on improving her craft and at times can get down on herself, but her favorite morning mantra is "It's a new day." and that's what she strives to start with.
