One of my most favorite classical music pieces is Moonlight Sonata. I’m not sure when I fell in love with this piece. Here’s a thought: I heard somewhere that cells carry memories. What if this song feels so good because one of my ancestors loved it? Or better yet experienced Beethoven first hand!
I know these are very interesting thoughts, but I must share my second favorite musical piece.
Here’s the description
Pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii bursts into tears when he plays at Carnegie Hall his own composition “Elegy for the Victims of the Tsunami of March 11, 2011 in Japan”.
It’s fascinating to me how he portrayed the feelings of honor and somehow there’s a sense that this honor comes with a great loss. I’m no musician but I would say this one of the greatest piano pieces since Beethoven. I’m grateful that my life has been gifted with such profound music!
My brother sent me a music disk with Josh Grogan and Andre bonacheli on and I was stunned that I never heard of them. I am enriched each time I listen to their versions of the song Prayer. Now I got my dentist playing their background office music. Now I will add your music interest to my Playlist. Tks for your thoughts and comments about life’s journey. Music for me is a healing for my heart and soul. And helps my approach to make my day better and meaningful to me as well as providing growth for others. Cheers to the scoop on this project of paying life’s kindness forward.
