I Chose Peace Today

I’m increasing my workload, so now I’m wiped! I’m glad that today I was able to be more productive than I have been. At the same time, I’m glad I made the choice to take a moment for myself. It was very grounding and brought me so much peace. These moments of rest give me what I need to keep going.
