Lost in a daze
before the screen.
Words swim through my brain
until a thin woman is seen.
Who is this woman who
keeps appearing in my dreams?
It’s the recurring dreams
that feel so weird
like we’ve met a million times before.

Saschia Jayne Johnson is the author of Writer’s Quest: A Triptych. On her free time, she likes to be with her family outdoors and traveling. New England is her home and place of birth.
