Here we stand together
wrapped between sheets
lips to lips
with words between kisses
hoping we get this right
only thing is
we can’t get this wrong because
this is living
this is life.

Liking that the heat between your poem’s characters makes me notice that the initials of “Hang on tight” fittingly form the word hot. ConNecktive work.
