My Star Wars Journey

It’s been brought to my attention, that I accidentally skipped over Star Wars The Clone Wars The Final Season in the timeline order! So Bad Batch is now on hold while I fill in the gap between episode 2 and 3. I started it tonight. I of course love Anakin’s padawan Ahsoka Tano. She’s badass. So far, the 5th episode, Rookies, is my favorite. It was pretty cool to see R2 and R3 in Downfall of the Droid too.

Thanks for keeping me on track!

The Next Star Wars Series

Yesterday, I mentioned that I just finished Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. I’ve been watching all the Star Wars movies in Timeline order. So now that I’m done with Ep III, I have a lot of the more recent films to watch. Here are the next six Star Wars series in timeline order: Bad Batch, Solo, Obi-Wan (watched this and loved it!), Rebels, Andor, and Rogue One. Then we go back in time to A New Hope. I’m debating whether I want to keep watching in Timeline order. lol No one watched them that way to begin with. Makes me want to just skip to A New Hope.

And aren’t some rejected?

Well, I’m going to go ahead and give Bad Batch a chance after I finish this post.

My Latest Inspiration

So I just finished Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and wowzer what an ending. I watched it even with a raging headache and at times the movie was climactic enough for me to forget about my headache. That’s the type of story I want to write. Not a Star Wars story, a story that is so well done it distracts people from their pain. And as a bonus, teaches them to transmute their pain for good. We’ll see how it goes.

My Glorious Week Away Makes Me Wonder

My week away from Jayne.Press has been glorious. It makes me wonder if this platform is for me anymore. Maybe it’s time for me to venture out and try some new things. I didn’t do much planning; mostly, I just rested and enjoyed my family, which I did! Yesterday was my favorite by far, and guess what!? I forgot to bring my phone!! Haha, I was completely in the moment for our entire family day. It was amazing, and I have not one ounce of evidence.

So, as I said, I don’t have plans for Jayne.Press, but I’m leaning towards starting something new. I’ll do my best to keep you posted on my future writing endeavors.

Daily Journal on Google Forms

I made a daily journal on Google Forms! What I love about it most is that I can track how often I remember my dreams (I’ve only remembered 4 dreams in the past 33 days), my astrology (Cancer season has been rough on me! How do y’all live like this?), the moon cycles, and my even my moods! If you’re trying to track any of those things, (even exercise and food logs), Google Forms makes pie charts and creates a table where you can make your own graphs.

It’s a fun way to get to know yourself better!

I’d be happy to share a daily journal template! Reach out to me if you’d like one. Also, there are lots of cool ideas for journal/tracker questions on Pinterest and TikTok if you’d like to create a fun one that’s more catered to your own personal interests and goals.

Happy Tracking!

Energy and Rest

I’m open to feeling fully rested in the mornings. You know it feels real nice to have energy! Makes me feel like I can be productive and I get to check tons of things off my to do list. Energy is great. It’s so great, that one of the top sellers at the grocery store is energy! (Aka coffee)

Restfulness is underrated though. Restfulness reminds me of peace patience thinking things through.

Things will work out in their own way whether your energized or feeling restful.

Excuse me while I put myself to bed as early as possible tonight.

The Power to Live

What then is freedom? The power to live as one wishes.

Marcus Tullius Cicero

“The power to live as one wishes.” Does it require power to live as you please? I think it requires courage. It takes a bold man to do as he pleases. To live to live. Today everyone prefers to live in order to work. It just seems so backwards. I want to live today. I want to enjoy my freedom and the resources provided to me that my ancestors did not have access to. I want to support a future where accessibility to freedom is for everyone.

My Husband Brought Me A Violin

My husband brought me home a violin! I don’t think he even knew how badly I’ve always wanted to play the violin. Since he brought it home, I’ve been watching violin lessons and great violinists, pulling it out of the case everyday, and trying different exercises to strengthen my fingers. I’ve been having so much fun learning how to use it. Now to relearn how to read music 🤔
