Mountains and Inspirations

In the new testament of the Christian bible, there’s this one verse in Matthew that has always stood out to me. It says, If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move” and it will move.

Your words have power.

Your words have the power to inspire, to heal, to encourage, and to evoke change. Here’s more, your voice holds a weight and significance that shapes the world around us, inspiring introspection, understanding, and peace. It is the dance between speech and silence that contributes to the rich and diverse landscape of human experience.

There’s so much that we can take away from the 5th chakra healing.

Action!

Day 27 of 50
I SPEAK

Todays Affirmation: People trust me because my actions match my words.

One day I decided I wanted to be a woman of my word and I stuck to that. Now there was two things I learned. The first, that I couldn’t fully embody this until I step away from my toxic environment. The second was that being a woman of my word meant I had to learn to say no.

Communication is a Two Way Street

5th chakra for 50 days
Day 26 of 50
I SPEAK

Today’s Affirmation: I respect those who are speaking by listening carefully before responding.

One of the most important forms of communication is listening. I’m not always good at this especially when I’m trying to think through something and even more so when someone starts talking about something I love. I just get so excited.

How are your listening skills?

Half Way!!!! How’s your Chakras?!

Ding Ding Ding!! Halfway!!
Day 25 of 50
I SPEAK

Today’s Affirmation: I voice my opinions in a calm and considerate way.

This is always a good one to work on. As a writer I thrive very much on passion and developing my opinions. But as a human who desires to see other humans rise, I prefer to speak calmly. I try my best to be a safe place for people to be honest about their thoughts and opinions, with clear set boundaries of course. I worked real hard to develop those. I don’t always stay calm but I’ve become a lot more secure in my beliefs and values which has helped me immensely.

How do you feel about sharing your opinions calmly?

Let’s Keep Going

Day 23 of 50
I Speak

Today’s Affirmation:
I have so much to say and can’t wait to share it.

Is it getting tough to see these affirmations yet? Annoyed? Are they getting under your skin?

I have great news!
It’s okay to be annoyed and frustrated. That’s always a good sign when you’re building a new habit. That means you’re letting the old thoughts fall away and now you’re letting the new healed you, the you with the balanced throat chakra, take the lead.

I love it! Let’s keep going. đź’Şđź’Ş

Thanks for taking this journey with me.

Power in Your Voice

I Speak Day 19

Today’s affirmation: I use the power of my voice for the greatest good.

“Greatest good” are the two key words here. Everyone may have a different idea for what the greatest good is. But what do you think adds to the greatest good?

Tonight’s Journal Prompt

In what ways can I add more good to this world? In what ways do I already contribute good to the world?
